Practically Green:
Applying Quality Tools to Environmental and Productivity Problems
SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry
Syracuse, NY
The second annual Central New York Fall Conference was held in Syracuse, New York on November 14, 2009. This conference was a joint effort of the Central New York ASQ Sections, including Syracuse (the host section), Binghamton, Rochester, Elmira/Corning, Ithaca/Cortland, North Country, and Utica. This was a great opportunity for quality professionals from all over the region to meet, network, and learn from each other.
The theme of the conference was “Practically Green: Applying Quality Tools to Environmental and Productivity Problems”. The talks focused on the practical uses of quality tools to address the challenges of today. Thank you to all who joined us for these informative sessions and to the presenters, as well.
A big thanks also to everyone who helped organize this conference, and to SUNY-ESF for the use of Nifkin Lounge, in Marshall Hall.
